The Accountis Fully Managed Service option is a cost-effective and resourceful way of managing the migration from paper to electronic invoicing. We enable your AP department to view and manage invoices online from day one, regardless of what format they were sent in (e.g. paper, fax, internet, EDI). This method does not impact your suppliers who continue sending you invoices in their usual way.
The on-going migration of suppliers
Following implementation we work with you to educate and enrol suppliers onto the deployed system. Typically your top 100 suppliers will be targeted in the first phase.
