Sending e-invoices to the NWW NHS Trust is easy for Hughes Meats. Once the ebPrinter was installed they simply create an invoice in Sage Line 50 as normal, but instead of printing to their paper printer they select the Accountis ebPrinter instead. Overview of the ebPrinter
The ebPrinter is a unique and immensely powerful product only available from Accountis. It allows any printable document to be automatically converted into the latest content-rich electronic document in any format. Users print their documents (invoices, purchase orders, etc) into the ebPrinter which translates them into digitally signed XML or PDF documents.
The signed electronic documents are communicated to electronic trading networks using protocols such as ebXML. Signed electronic documents are mapped to the Universal XML format, UBL (Universal Business Language). All the data within the document is available to the recipient for access and to import into their financial systems. Detailed data can be accessed in any number of formats including XML, CSV, PDF, etc.
