Remittance Delivery integrates with Direct Debit Collect to receive notification of payments processed and to print out details of new instructions to be mailed to customers. If direct debit details are changed, Remittance Delivery generates a note which is also sent to the customer. If a payment is unsuccessful, the unpaid direct debit report details from BACS are used to generate a note for the Council to send to the customer.
