RegistrationIn order to use Accountis' service, you must first complete the registration form. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact you about services on our site which you have expressed an interest. It is required that you have unique identifiers (such as, username and password), and company information such as company number and Tax registration numbers. This is a requirement in identifying your company's identity and its validity.
User Profile
We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, and/or third parties to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep on our users that details viewing preferences. Consequently, collected information is tied to your personally identifiable information which, in turn, will provide offers and improve the content of the site for you. This profile is used to tailor your visit to our website, and to direct pertinent marketing promotions to you. We do not share your profile with other third parties.

The Accountis Website takes every precaution to protect your information. Any sensitive information or business document entered on the Accountis website is protected using the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Business documents submitted to Accountis via the ebXML Web Service or via the plugins are protected using TLS and 1024-bit RSA and 3DES. All Business documents are stored on our servers accompanied with their digital signatures.

In order for this website to properly fulfil its obligation to users it is necessary for us to supplement the information we receive with information from 3rd party sources.
Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as postcode, phone, email or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users' personally identifiable information. This can usually be done at the profile page or by emailing our Customer Support Team at support@accountis.com.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement so our users are always aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
